Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day refund and returns policy. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additionally, the following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products (such as music or digital content)
  • Limited-edition or sale items (unless defective)

How to Complete a Return
To return your item, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds will be granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, or other media
  • Items not in their original condition, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us
  • Returns made after 30 days

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, check your bank account or contact your credit card company. Sometimes, it takes a little longer for refunds to be posted. If you still haven’t received it, please reach out to us at {email address}.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at {email address} and return it to: {physical address}.

Gifts
If your purchase was a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is returned, we will issue a gift certificate. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or was shipped to the gift giver, we will send the refund to the giver.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total.

For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with details and photos. We will arrange for a return or exchange, depending on your preference. We strive to ensure the quality of all products, but in case of issues, we will make it right.

Exchanges for Size/Style (Merchandise Only)
If you have purchased merchandise and need a different size or style, please follow the return process and contact us at {email address}. We’ll be happy to help facilitate an exchange, subject to availability.
